Earth City Realty’s Social Responsibility

Honest, sincere, straight-to-the-point, and a little idealistic.

We took a good look at our most cherished values and began to ask ourselves how we would incorporate those values into a a new and exciting real estate brokerage.  The discussions that followed started an avalanche of ideas, pouring forth from every corner of social responsibility.

We took a look at how modern real estate brokerages in the area (and the rest of the country, for that matter) did business.  We studied their business models, their profit plans, and the benefits they offered the community.  What we found is that the average real estate brokerage was interested in only one thing…money.  Of course, this sounds obvious, as everyone does business to make money.  However, in the process of making money, the other real estate brokerages overlooked one key ingredient…the community.

We realized that real estate agents take for granted the people that pay their commissions.  We realized that real estate agents were only “middlemen” interested in conveying property from one “client” to another.  We realized that real estate agents had no interest in the integrity and sustainability of their “inventory,” but only that it sold.

We realized we were different.

We realized that our “Partners” (our professional real estate staff and support teams) should be treated respectfully and helped out in any manner possible to ensure their success and the Company’s future.  We need a great working environment where each Partner would feel valued by not only the Company, but also by the Neighbors.

We realized that our ”Neighbors” (our clients who entrust their most valuable asset) deserved not only a quick and clean transaction, but the care and attention needed to enrich their lives, increase their property values, and return again.
