Stephenson Oil Company, Inc. Fined for Violating the Clean Water Act

(Dallas, Texas - May 4, 2009) The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has fined Stephenson Oil Company, Inc. of Cleburne County, Arkansas, $20,906 for violating the federal Clean Water Act. Oncor Launches Conservation Campaign

Oncor Electric Delivery Co. said Friday that it launched its expanded “Take A Load Off, Texas” campaign at the downtown Dallas EarthFest. This summer, Oncor will drive its yellow “Take A Load Off” van to sites across the state to educate people about ways to increase their energy efficiency.
